So I just checked out your reel on cgtalk....looks great , but I have a question for you. Im trying to get my reel to look nice like that but Ive never used this .flv format. What settings did you use to render out your movie for your uploaded file and out of what software.....I noticed some of the same issues in your reel, but nothing like in mine.

look at the reel....the icon with the film logo......my reel looks super artifacted and theres all kinds of moraying. Ive been using sorrenson squeeze....the file I fed into sorrenson looks pretty good....nice color etc....
but what has been uploaded looks like hell. Ive been working for awhile but Im not very web suavy and am not sure how to set up my reel in this format. Theres a bunch of jobs lately but I cant send them a link to this looking as it does and I need work pretty bad. If you can help at all .....please write me at clayton.douglas@gmail.com.
